”la Caixa” Banking Foundation (”la Caixa” Foundation) will process your personal data in order to manage and handle the request, service, enquiry or purchase that you make; send you information –including by electronic means– on similar activities; comply with its legal obligations and, if you so wish, send you communications –including electronic ones– on other activities of the entity that may be adapted to your profile. The ”la Caixa” Banking Foundation (Obra Social ”la Caixa”) will take photos and videos of the activities organised by the ”la Caixa” Banking Foundation. If you wish, the photos and pictures in which your image appears can be disseminated on any medium (TV, newspapers, internet, etc.) and any kind of device in order to promote the scholarships and activities of the ”la Caixa” Fellowhips programme. You grant your authorisation with no territorial limit for a period of ten years, counted from date the contents are assigned, completely free of charge. You undertake not to request or file a claim for any compensation, payment or refund in exchange for this freely granted authorisation to use your image. The “Personal Data Processing” document indicates how you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
