What does a painting show and hide?

The exhibition “Painting. A Permanent Challenge” is an initiative by the Contemporary Art Collection of the ”la Caixa” Foundation to disseminate knowledge about the most contemporary painting and pass on its sensibility to us. This exhibition has works by the most important artists of the last forty years.

The fellow Guillermo Mora  (Spain, 2008), who is exhibiting one of his works in this exhibition, has organised a guided visit for the ”la Caixa” fellows. A journey that goes beyond questions of historiography and museums that will further examine the creative process in order to establish temporal, formal and conceptual bridges with and between the other creators.

It is a perfect chance to enjoy art and have the backstage of painting explained to you.
